‍Fees and Hours

‍Our opening times are flexible to meet parents needs.

‍We can now accept early years funded places  - this is 30 hours of FREE childcare and education - if you would like to find out more and how to claim, please visit the Surrey County Council website by clicking here:  Early Education Funding

‍General opening hours are Mon-Thurs 7.30am – 5.30pm (closed Friday).

‍We do not open on Bank Holidays however the full fee still applies.

‍

‍Our fee structure for 0-3 year olds from SEPTEMBER 2025 is:

‍30 FREE hours of Government Funded  These fees will apply until the term after your child turns 3 years old.

‍

‍The funding is offered Term Time only which consists of 38 weeks a year. We take 5-6 weeks holidays each year where the setting is closed and NO FEES apply. 

‍

‍Any additional hours for funded spaces over 30 hours will be charges at £8.75 per hour.

‍Non-funded spaces are charged at our hourly rate of £8.57 per hour

‍

‍We issue parents with our holiday dates for the year ahead each January to give families plenty of time to schedule and arrange alternative care during the time the setting is closed.

‍Our Fees Policy:

‍Fees are to be paid monthly in advance

‍There is no refund for any absence i.e. child/parent sickness, days off, bank holidays or holidays etc.

‍There is no fee charged if our setting is closed i.e. during our holidays or illness. 

‍If a child is collected earlier than the contracted time, the full fee still applies.

‍Late drop off does not allow for a late collection.

‍All contracted hours must be paid for in full, regardless of attendance.
